These partnerships have culminated in Al Hilal becoming more than a printing company, enabling it to compete for business in the more sophisticated document management area.Since 1980, our partnership with Böwe Systec A.G. www.boewesystec.de has enabled to supply and maintain Böwe equipment in the Saudi and regional market through a team of 6 sales persons, and a technical support team of 17 engineers and technicians.

Böwe Systec A.G., The Paper Management Company, has a stellar name in the Forms Handling Equipment, and a vast network of subsidiaries all over Europe, North and South America, Japan and Australia.Their customers base includes STC - Saudi Telecom Company and SBC - Southern Bell Telecom of California.

Our staff works closely with Böwe to ensure up to date technological know how is maintained and product offerings are well represented by Al Hilal to its end market. On a regular basis, production and sales staff and managers visit Böwe for training and coordination.

Furthermore, production / personalization management as well as general Smart Card Management are offered by this platform.

Therewith short response times, fast and flexible spare parts delivery and cost-efficient “remote” error diagnoses become attributes that characterizes both companies and their partners for service concept.
